1. User Provided Information
The Service obtains the information you provide when you download and register with us. Registration is mandatory in order to be able to use the basicfeatures of the Service.

c) user content you post to the Application. Your agonies, questions and answers, and other contributions on the Application, and metadata about them (suchas when you posted them), are publicly viewable on the Application, along with your username and other profile information you provide.

To make it easier for you to register with our Service, we allow you to interact with third party service providers (TPSPs) such as Facebook. Should youregister or sign in with a third party account, the authentication of your logon details is handled by this TPSP. We will collect, store and publishinformation you have provided to that TPSP, and/or any content posted by you or about you on any such profile, and use it to aid you in the creation ofyour Agonyapp account and profile. We may also share information about you with these TPSPs.
In addition, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices uniquedevice ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the wayyou use the Application.
3. Use of Cookies
On occasion, we may gather information about your mobile device for our Services.
Such information will not identify you personally - it is statistical data about our visitors and their use of our Service. This statistical data does notidentify any personal details whatsoever. It is used to analyse how visitors to agonyapp.com interact with theService so that we can continue to develop our Service and make it a better experience for users.
We may gather information about your general internet use by using a cookie file that is downloaded to your mobile device. Where used, these cookies aredownloaded to your mobile device automatically. 5. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as maybe available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, atsupport@agonyapp.com.
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collectedinformation for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via theService, please contact us at support@agonyapp.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may berequired in order for the application to function properly.
6. Children
We do not use the Service to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or herchild has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@agonyapp.com. We will delete such information from ourfiles within a reasonable time.
